Agreement
By using this website, requesting a quote, or booking services with Casa Washa, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or our services.
Quotes & estimates
Instant estimates shown on this site are preliminary and based on the information you provide. Final pricing may change after we confirm property size, access, materials and condition. Bundled or complex jobs may require an on-site walkthrough before a firm quote is issued.
Scheduling, access & weather
You agree to provide safe access to the property, including water and power where required. We may reschedule for weather or safety conditions. Please give reasonable notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
Payment
Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. Recurring commercial accounts are invoiced per the schedule stated in their agreement.
Service limitations
Some surfaces have pre-existing damage, hard water staining, oxidation or wear that cleaning cannot fully reverse. We will point these out where we can and will not be responsible for pre-existing conditions or damage caused by defective structures, fixtures or seals.
Messaging
With your consent we send transactional messages about your account, orders or requested services, and — with separate consent — marketing messages. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out.
Photos of our work
We may photograph or film completed work for portfolio and social media use. Tell us before your appointment if you prefer that we do not, and we will honor that request.
