Casa Washa (“Casa Washa”, “we”, “us”) provides window cleaning, pressure washing, gutter cleaning and related exterior services in Austin & Central Texas. This policy explains what information we collect through this website and how we use it.

Information we collect

• Job details you provide: services requested, property size, materials, timeline and notes.
• Basic technical data such as pages visited, browser type and approximate location.

• To prepare and send quotes, schedule work and complete services you request.
• To send transactional messages such as appointment reminders and confirmations.
• To send marketing or promotional messages, only if you have opted in.
• To improve our website, services and customer support.

Text messaging & consent

When you check the consent box on our quote form, you agree to receive transactional messages related to your account, orders or services you have requested. Marketing and promotional messages are sent only with separate, explicit consent. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out at any time.

Mobile opt-in information and consent are never shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.

Sharing your information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate our business — such as scheduling, invoicing and messaging platforms — and only as needed to serve you, or when required by law.

Advertising measurement & cookies

We use Meta Pixel and Google Analytics to share pages visited, quote-request confirmations, phone-link clicks, browser and device information, approximate location, and cookie identifiers with Meta Platforms and Google for measurement and advertising optimization. A phone click measures tapping a link, not a completed call. We do not send quote form answers, names, email addresses, phone numbers, or service addresses to Meta or Google. No customer matching or server-side conversion uploads are enabled by this installation.

In regions requiring advertising consent, Meta and Google tracking is blocked until you accept. When your region cannot be determined, we also ask first. Elsewhere ordinary advertising measurement is enabled unless you reject it or your browser sends a Global Privacy Control opt-out signal.

Use Cookie settings in the footer to reject, accept, or withdraw advertising consent at any time. Opening settings does not change your choice. Withdrawal stops future Meta and Google events; blocked events are not replayed. Your browser stores a visitor reference, the choice and time, region, and the exact notice shown, preserving previous acceptance when you withdraw. Clearing browser storage removes this local record and may cause us to ask again. These advertising choices are separate from text-message consent.

Data retention & security

We keep quote and customer records for as long as needed to serve you and meet legal or accounting obligations, and we use reasonable safeguards to protect that information.

Your choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information, and you may opt out of marketing messages at any time by replying STOP or contacting us.
