Casa Washa was founded in 2023 by Ally, an Austin native who kept hearing the same complaint about home services: nobody calls back. We built the company around fixing that — then made sure the cleaning itself was worth talking about too.

Our story

We started with a single truck, a water-fed pole and a simple promise: answer the phone, show up on time, and leave the property better than we found it. Word spread fast — mostly through neighbors, realtors and our Instagram reveals — and today we serve Austin & Central Texas with a full slate of exterior and interior cleaning services.

Window cleaning is still the heart of what we do. Purified water, no soap residue, no streaks, and screens and tracks handled as part of the job rather than an upsell. Roof cleaning is our fastest-growing service, and we treat every roof with low-pressure soft washing — never a pressure washer, which strips granules and voids warranties.

We are proud to work with Austin homeowners, realtors preparing listings, restaurants that need to exceed compliance standards, and property managers running portfolios. Different clients, same standard of care.
