Casa Washa runs holiday lighting routes through Georgetown every week. Historic and newer builds alike, plus commercial pressure washing for the square and surrounding businesses.
Every install is custom cut to your roofline, so there are no dangling ends or gaps. We use commercial-grade LED bulbs, hidden clips and timers, and we handle the ladder work on multi-story homes and steep pitches so you don't have to.
Service is included for the season: if a run goes out, we come fix it. In January we take everything down, label it and store or return it, and the roofline looks exactly like it did before we started.

Holiday Lighting FAQs
When should I book?
September and October. Installs run from early November and the schedule closes once it is full.
Do I own the lights?
You can buy the materials outright or rent them for the season — we quote both.
What if a bulb burns out?
Text us and we come out. Service calls are included for the whole season.
